Class Descriptions

Yin

Yin yoga is for everyone! This slow-paced class focuses on holding poses for about 5 minutes, targeting connective tissues, ligaments and joints. Yin helps lengthen and restore these areas of the body that do not receive as much blood flow as muscles. Increase flexibility, re-lubricate joints, reduce pain and calm your mind.
 

Hatha

Classic Yoga that builds balance, strength, and flexibility through steady poses and mindful breathing. Great for beginners or anyone wanting a more structured class that builds upon itself. 
 

Chair Yoga

Designed especially for older adults, Chair Yoga offers all the benefits of traditional yoga without getting on the floor. Using a chair for balance and support, it focuses on gentle stretches, breathing, and relaxation — making it safer and more accessible than Yin, Hatha, or Vinyasa while still improving mobility, strength, and peace of mind.

Restorative

A calm, deeply relaxing practice that uses props like bolsters and blankets to fully support the body. Designed to release fatigue and stress by bringing the nervous system into a restful state, helping muscles unwind and the mind settle. Regular practice supports recovery from illness, injury, depression, and anxiety—while improving sleep, balance, and overall well-being.
 

Mommy and Me Yoga

A lighthearted class filled with movement, laughter, and connection. Parents and little ones stretch, play yoga games, and explore fun poses together—building balance, coordination, and joy along the way. Expect giggles, creativity, and a chance to move, breathe, and bond in the most playful way possible. 

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic, movement-based practice where poses flow smoothly with the breath. Builds heat, focus, and endurance while keeping the body moving. Sequence is key
