Our monthly subscriptions are billed through automatic credit card renewal. These programs operate on a month-to-month basis, providing you with the freedom to cancel at any time.
To cancel your auto-renewal, we require a 30-day written notice before the start of your next billing cycle. Without this notice, your program will automatically renew, and you will be charged for the upcoming month.
Please note that once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
For training package bundles, you have up to one year from the date of your first session to utilize any remaining sessions in your package.
